Rollout Manager Radio Network m/w / Kennziffer - 27733We are seeking an entrepreneurial people person who loves getting things done efficiently and creating a great environment for our growing team. This person should be independent, self-motivated, and organized with great communication, analytical and organizational skills.
The network is being rolled out worldwide. This roll out is a critical point for development.
Main Responsibilities
Create financial models that accurately represent the overall business and key contracts
Structure and own the network German roll out
Identify and execute key strategic network partnerships in Germany
Find out “out the box” deployment strategy optimizing Capex/ Opex
Coordinate German supplier strategy
Coordinate German Service Level Agreement for Networks
Provide structured feedback to the customer departments (IT operations, finance, legal, engineering, etc.)
Maintain accurate records and provide the necessary German reporting
Propose efficient tools and procedures for continuous improvement
Manage German roll-out team
Key Skills and Attributes
Experience:
Engineering degree / 10+ years of experience
Successful technical & management experience at executive level
+ 10/ 15 years’ experience in wireless network roll-out leadership
Network roll out experience acquired within operator or manufacturer organization
Attributes:
Smart and adaptable with excellent analysis / synthesis capability
Able to propose and implement “out of the box” solutions to hard problems
A positive mind-set, good management and communication skills, clarity and proficiency in oral and written communication
Optimist who enjoys working with people from different cultures.
Organised, efficient, proactive, and a self-starter.
Experience in a start up environment is preferred as you will be responsible for a multitude of activities in an exciting, high-growth environment where everything is not defined
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Ability to work independently within a team, and be effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reliability, integrity and trustworthy, you will have a lot of responsibility.
Languages
German native, English, French appreciated
Reporting to Vice President Operations and Networks
Willingness to travel
There will be the possibility to work in an office in Munich but most of the time the work will be done remote
