My client is engaging on an exciting new long term project to build a global contact center and is looking to take on Avaya specialists. Key technologies include Avaya UC using Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager & System Manager. Avaya Contact Centers using Avaya Enablement Services, Call Management System & custom reports. Sound experience with Avaya Voice Portal & Session Border Controllers would be nice to have as well as general experience across LAN/WAN Routers & Switches and also basic Genesys skills would be useful.
