- Language: Project language: German/English, Project documentation: English
(candidate does not need to speak German but should speak fluent English)
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant expertise in Adobe Campaign/Neolane projects (preferably with Adobe technical certification)
- Profound marketing skills (B2B) and campaign management/digital marketing know-how
- Fluent English skills (oral and written)
- Experienced in Requirements Engineering
- First experiences in agile methods (Kanban, SCRUM...)
- Hands-on mentality
Your Tasks:
Setting up Adobe Campaign
- Support the implementation of a SaaS-based Adobe Campaign project (agile approach, 2-4 weeks until first iteration business use)
- Support the definition and setup of the customer specific data model (based on customer requirements)
- Integrate Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Sales Cloud using the Adobe Campaign CRM Connector (based on customer requirements, customers and leads)
- Define and customize Adobe Analytics (based on customer requirements, including online metrics such as adwords campaigns)
- Customize supporting interfaces (FTP Setup, Import/Export schemes)- Set up initial users/user rights/roles
- Set up initial segmentation
- Set up initial campaigns
- Set up initial E-Mail Channel
- Set up multilingual content logic
- Integrate further Adobe Marketing Cloud modules with campaign
Run Adobe Campaign
- Specify and implement multichannel campaigns and programs (lead management, lead nurturing, event management, cross selling, newsletter) in cooperation with the customer and external creative agencies
- Analyse campaign metrics and build status reports
- Support creative agency integrating templates
