Job summaryWorking in a regional team of 3-4 recruitment professionals, you would be responsible for the recruitment and hiring of IT specialist. You would need to handle all aspects of the recruitment cycle within the defined business segments. The scope of the role covers end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition approval, defining profile requirements in conjunction with local and international hiring managers, managing and executing relevant direct and in-direct sourcing strategies in the external marketplace, supporting assessment and selection of candidates and handling complex offer negotiations and on-boarding processes at all levels in the organization.
This function reports to the regional Talent Acquisition Manager in the UK that is responsible for the European region.
Job Specifications
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant has full accountability of the hiring process, in order to fill vacancies against rigorous time-, quality- and service demands, prioritizing both volume hiring requirements and "difficult to fill" positions.
The TA-Consultant should successfully achieve recruitment targets as defined by the TA-Manager as part of the individual performance plan. This involves partnering with relevant business segments to define, plan and execute external sourcing activities and assessment/selection of both internal and external candidates to meet approved headcount requirements. This includes;
• Defining best go-to-market strategy and execute relevant sourcing activities – including direct search - in the marketplace taking time, quality and cost metrics into consideration.
• Providing quality screening and assessment/selection support to hiring managers.
• Delivering high quality candidate management via internal, global tool, including managing internal and external applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner, and
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 – 5 years IT recruitment experience,
• Experience working in a recruitment agency is desirable
• Experience of competency based interviewing and recruitment practices.
Knowledge of psychometric testing is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to interact with people from a variety of seniority, cultures and business disciplines
• Strong communication skills - fluency in English and German
