Project Management Expert (w/m)
Standort: Großraum Frankfurt a.M.
Dauer: 6 Monate ++
Skills:
• Proven experience as project manager and with the setup of project or program office procedures
• Sound understanding of PM methodology based on an international or consulting company framework with certification (e. g. Prince2, PMI-PMP, GPM/IPMA)
• Proven experience in providing services to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
• Experience as a trainer for project management
• Experienced user of MS SharePoint, MS Project and MS Office
• At least basic knowledge and experience in project portfolio and multi project management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups and management
• Fluency in English and German
• Team player and able to work on own initiative
• Dedicated, independent and diligent working style
Job Description:
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the existing project management methodology (processes, procedures, tools & templates)
• Assist in quality gate monitoring and conducts quality gate reviews
• Support the development of a SharePoint based PM collaboration platform from a functional point of view
• Conduct project assessments and lessons learned workshops
• Assist in the creation of an advanced project management training
• Execute project management trainings
• Support the preparation and execution of a global PMO forum
• Act as a reference point for all enquiries to the PMO
• Advise and coach project managers and teams on the best use of the methodology
• Develop positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide existing and newly developed services
• Strive to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects
