Currently we are looking for an Interim Compliance Officer France, Switzerland, Germany for an international pharmaceutical company.

Objectives:

- In coordination with Regional Compliance Officer Europe, expand and maintain a state of the art Compliance Program for a multi-national pharmaceutical and chemical company our legal entities in France, Switzerland, and Germany.

- Close interaction with Compliance personnel (Compliance Manager and Compliance Liaisons) in the countries.

- Implement standards of compliance and ethical conduct for the organization.

- Design, develop, coordinate and conduct educational and training programs that focus on the elements of the compliance program to create awareness of the compliance standards.

- Maintain compliance awareness through on-going training and communication programs and initiatives.

- Assist in the identification and assessment of the impact to compliance of relevant trends, laws and regulations; assist in developing action plans and lead initiatives to ensure timely compliance by the Company.

- Act as a channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues appropriately for resolution.

- Investigate Compliance cases on country level.

Main tasks on the position:

- Close interaction with Managing Directors of all legal entities in the countries to coordinate compliance relevant processes and implementation procedures.

- Raising awareness for potential compliance issues in the organization, in particular for what it means to conduct business in line with the code of conduct and global policies and standards.

- Developing know-how about potential compliance issues through internal and external fact-finding, based on compliance risk assessments, performance monitoring and reporting.

- Implementation and maintenance of clear standards of business and ethical conduct consistent with corporate standards and tailored towards local risks and business models.

- Ongoing, effective communications and training on compliance requirements, including electronic systems provided by Group Compliance.

- Organize e-trainings within the countries and report on the training completion to the Regional Compliance Officer Europe.

- Business Partner Risk Management implementation.
