Interims Manager Group Operations needed /Start: April 3-6 months/Hessen

Task:


• contribute to the accomplishment of the operational targets formulated in the company group’s strategy
• be the operational counterpart to the market driven functions on the Group level
• develop and implement an effective Performance Measurement System including relevant KPI’s
• ensure lean and cost efficient processes in 4 areas
• lead 4 department heads


Skill:

• Strong own international experience
• Technical background required (also automotive experience is an option)
• Several years management experience in ideally international FMCG
• Ideally both Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business experience
• Operational and/or leadership experience in Strategic Purchasing, Manufacturing,
Procurement, SCM, Logistics
• Working experience at management level in an international environment
• Excellent understanding of supply- and manufacturing processes
• Extensive experience in personnel management
• Experience in leading of interdisciplinary and international teams
• Travel willingness
• Fluent in German & English
