Deutschland: Test-Spezialist (w/m), Projekte und Ausschreibungen

Tätigkeit:
For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for Functional testers (f/m) to join a strategic risk management project. The IT project team located in Prague has started designing and developing a real-time system for clearinghouse risk management in July 2011. The system runs on Linux, utilizes GPUs for massive parallel computations and will be written predominately in C++, but Python and Java will likewise be used. Required skills: passion for and proven track record in software testing, familiarity with Linux and MySQL, good command of scripting languages (specifically Python and Shell) and experience with technical testing (large scale clustered systems, messaging, failover, stability, heavy load scenarios). Finally, the developer preferably has critical thinking, the ability to identify problems and propose solutions. Experience with agile development (Scrum in particular) is a plus, an interest or background in financial markets, derivatives or cash trading will be appreciated.
