My client, a global acting automotive supplier, is currently looking for an experienced cisco network expert:Your Tasks:
- Support the technicians of the 1st Level IT support (the problems will cover all regional areas EMEA; APAC)
- Prepare guidelines for technical staff within the 1st level IT support in order to ensure high quality and proactive support
- Implementation, installation, administration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure according to
standard processes and in cooperation with the IT management.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of the global network in order to ensure high availability and performance
- Further development and backup of global standard LAN, WAN, and wireless LAN infrastructure.
- Support the improvement process of internal IT processes and services
- Support the improvement process and implementation of standard IT processes
- Collaboration in international projects
Your Profile:
- Relevant Certificates such as CCNA, MSCE or similar
- Deep expertise in network technologies and network typologies (VoIP, WLAN, VLAN, Firewall)
- Experienced in carrying out complex network analysis, capacity management and demand analysis.
- Network trouble shooting experience
- Experience in understanding and documenting complex IT infrastructures
- Profound IT infrastructure knowledge with regard to global complexity
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken
- Willingness to participate in international projects and to travel
