Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager/Program Manager for the Implementation of a strategic Information Security Roadmap.
The project will consit on:
- Transformation awareness
- Security governance
- Identity, access and asset management
- Application and end user security
- Infrastructure security
Location
The working locations will be in Frankfurt, Luxemburg and Prague, therefore the SPM/Program Manager is expected to be flexible with travel activities.
Key skills:
- Project management methods either PMI and/or Prince 2 must be known
- A respective certification in project management is required
- At least 10 years in managing complex projects.
- A proven track record of programs with multiple projects across multiple locations is expected.
- Experience in leading project teams with 50+ members and a rate of approx. 50% externals (external service providers)
- Self-starter, quick learner, focused on achieving agreed targets.
- Able to communicate on top executive level (including board and supervisory board)
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- German is a plus but is not required
- Security Insight would be a plus but not required
- Additionally: Full-time dedication to the Program
About the role:
The Senior Project Manager is fully responsible for the management of a 13.2 Mio€ sized program in total and in his/her role reports directly to the Group Chief Information Security Officer.
In particular this includes:
- Multi-stream/multi-location program management
- Respective scope, timeline, budget and dependency management
- Stakeholder Management on executive level
