Our client is a leading international wholesale and retail company and provider of logistics and services to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. We are recruiting at the earliest convenience a talented "Data Governance Advisor (m/w)".
Aufgaben:
· Drives the organisational Change in Masterdata-Organisation and makes sure the functional solution fits to the global and local structures
· Master Data Management strategy development
· Structuring of the Master Data Management Program
· Counterpart of Functional Expert to drive the soft skill aspects!
Skills:
· Experience with master data governance
- Roles & responsibilities
- Processes (master data lifecycle, master data quality, master data security)
- Definition of Organizational structures and Organizational Transformation
· Experience regarding standardized procedure models
· Experience with the integration aspects of master data management
- Organizational change
- Definition and alignment of the change management processes with other streams
- Definition of well-defined process interfaces
- Definition and alignment of a MDM support concept
- Managing of change requests
- Alignment with Information Technology
- Communication to stakeholders
· Experience regarding the definition of the MDM program organization
· Experience with the definition of standards
· Experience with central terminology definition and alignment with other stakeholders
· Experience with master data structures in SAP system landscape (ERP, SRM, CRM, HCM)
· Knowledge about tools used for master data management (e.g. ERP standard, SAP MDM, SAP MDtG)
· Command of the English language
· Consolidation of stream related documentation and preparation of management presentations
· Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and/or wholesale and retail area background is a plus
· Member of Committees tbd
- Global Organisational Changemanagement programme
- Country Changemanagement Programmes on Masterdata topics
Persönliche Anforderungen:
· Ability to operate in a multi-national program environment
· Standing to challenge existing concepts and to relieve the stream leader regarding concept design, alignment and communication
· Strong communication skills and persuasive power
