Our client is looking for an experienced (5-7yrs) project manager (PM) in Germany to Manage the Successful Migration of Client's Enterprise Customer from Existing service provider to Client's. An ideal candidate must have Fixed Transformation PM experience on Telecommmunications (Fixed or Mobile) with ITIL or similar knowledge with good communication skills in German & English languages

Key Skills

• A candidate must have following skills
• Experience on Voice, Data fixed migrations as well as Unified Communications (UC). ITIL or similar knowledge.. (Fixed Transformation PM) OR Experience on mobile technologies and migration of services between operators (including indoor/outdoor mobile infrastructure as required).
• ITIL or similar knowledge (Mobile Transformation PM)
• Experience of managing multiple parties including Senior Management and thirdo party parties on high profile programmes
• The ability to manage teams, across multiple locations
• Ability to clearly identify ando articulate vision, purpose, outcomes and the strategy to achieve those outcomes
• Minimum of 7 years experience in managing complex projects or programmes
• Experience working in a multi cultural environment
• Collaboration - builds strong and sustainable relationships x-functionally to enable alignment of work
• PRINCE2 certified project or Programme Manager or equivalent preferred

Other Skills

• Strong and directive management of suppliers and external customer organisations
• Deliver projects (including all key milestones) on time, within budget and to agreed quality criteria from conception through to market launch and/or transition into operations
• Lead communication with stakeholders and work to drive strong, open and sustained communication channels both within the project team and with the wider stakeholder community
• Work with stakeholders to shape project and proactively solve conflict situations through problem-solving, negotiation, open communication and direct influencing
• Set-up and manage project governance, scope, risk and issues, compliance, resource planning and reporting
• Liaise with wider portfolio management community to secure alignment on interdependencies across projects
• Create and sustain proven network across the business to enable efficient and effective project delivery and ensure credibility and ownership of decisions
