Implementation ManagerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a Global Telecommunications Organisation for Implementation Manager to join their project in the North Region of Germany
Position Title: Implementation Manager
Position Type: 1 year fixed contract with a possibility of extension(s)
Start Date: October 2015

Responsibilities:
- The Implementation Manager will have the responsibility over the entire project and all of the sub-projects.
- In charge of the definition and implementation of the enhancements and migrations of the RAN network.
- Development of the necessary processes and procedures for Implementation and migration and the coordination with the Customer.
- All operational and technical measures for planning preparation, Site surveys, Installation, Commissioning, Integration and Decrease of GSM - R network elements.
- Review and track the performance of partners and subcontractors and control their delivery for quality and safety of performance.
- Reporting on regular basis to the regional Implementation Manager
- Cooperation and communication with the customers, Network operators and partners in all technical and operational issues.
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- Master's degree, MBA or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management in the local German market.
- Experience in Rail domain, Radio communication, Transmission technology, construction, rollout, migration (SWAP) of Wireless networks.
- General product knowledge of the GSM-R system technology, Antenna system and power supply.
- Good technical understanding of troubleshooting.
- PMI, IPMA or similar project management certification would be a plus.
- Excellent communicational and organizational skills, team spirit, analytical thinking.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
