We are currently recruiting for our client, an international Telecommunications Company, a number of Field Support Engineers to join their project in Germany.Position Title: Field Support Engineer - Germany
Position Type: Contractor
Start Date: April- May, 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: Various locations in Germany

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of all telecommunications technologies in a defined region in Germany;
- Responsible for the maintenance and repairing of the transmission, mobile (2G/3G/4G), and the fixed network on site (NSN, Huawei, Ericsson, Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, ZTE and other equipment);
- Implementation of changes and extensions of the network;
- Different construction Implementation;
- Documentation;
- Supporting and coordinating external companies and partners;
- Responsibilities according to DIN VDE .
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Technical education with focus on Tele-communication engineering or comparable work experience, e. g. electrical engineering and field support experience;
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Telecommunication mobile networks field support;
- Good knowledge and hands- on experience on Telecommunications network hardware and related software;
- Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills;
- Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications;
- Driving License B (EU) or ideally BE (EU);
- Fluent in English languages;
- The following certificates, experiences and skills would be a plus:
-- First Aid and Altitude Capability (G41)
-- Climbing training
-- 1000V certification
-- German language skills (able to read techinical instructions and trouble tickets).
