Für einen bestehenden Auftrag bei einem unserer Direktkunden suchen wir eine(n)Senior IT Outsourcing Transition Manager – non SAP Applications (m/w)
Beginn: März / Dauer: 6 Monate / Ort: NRW / Projekt-ID: 2066
As Experienced IT Outsourcing Transition Manager – non SAP Applications - you will take responsibility in deliver the Transition Project stream following the already agreed project methodology (managing risk, governance, quality gate reviews, issue resolution, acceptance, sign-off, reporting).
Your Responsibilities and Key Duties
• Act as the central liaison for the defines Non-SAP application activities
• Manage day to day transition project communication both within client organization, the provider and all other stakeholders and produce relevant reports
• Agree, review and ding-off detailed Transition Stream Plan in alignment with the overall Transition & Transformation planning
• Oversea a part of the execution of the Transition Stream and ensure the provider competes the Transition Plan according to the agreed-upon schedule
• Ensure alignment with the already agreed project governance model including the to be defined communication structure
• Drive and coordinate organization-internal tasks and availabilities
• Endure our own organization (and incumbent) fulfils responsibilities and obligations to cooperate
• Take full responsibility for the management of organization’s transition team involving additional project management resources, internal technical resources, 3rd party suppliers, etc. responsible for the success of the transition from organization`s perspective
• Create and effectively manage the stakeholders, collaborate with the other stream lead in Non-SAP applications and align actively with other stream leads and track progress
• Adhere to relevant escalation processes to escalate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issues
• Support in managing the expenditure within Service Transition
• Monitor the project ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented
• Review he outcomes of the Transition Project to determine any corrective actions that could be taken to improve timely delivery

Your Skills:
• Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the Transition Lifecycle Management
• Proven track record involvement in IT Outsourcing Transition projects with budgets of >2 million Euro
• Experience with 1st and 2nd generation outsourcing initiatives and deep understanding of specific challenges
• At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager and Prince2, Project Management Professional or similar project management certification
• Familiar with IT operations processes and at least ITIL v3 foundation certification
• Experience with implementation of new governance organizations and enforcement of organizational changes within organizations
• Experience of managing, direct or matrix, project managers
• Excellent communication Skills on a IT manager, key users and higher level
• Business fluent in English and German language
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in either Legal, engineering, Project management, communication or business administration
• Familiar with direct sales or retail
