Job description:
Creation of maintenance forecasts for the internal u. outside contractor
Creation of Ticket List in cooperation with the Service Desk
Mandating the ext. Contractor
Mandating the internal Field service
Continuous monitoring of the current status
Creating internal SLA / KPI reports
Creating customer reports
Clarification of reasons for stop the maintenance
Monthly consultation with the customer regarding the SLA / KPI fulfillment
Organization and reporting of quality audits of internal and external contractors
Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience within Telecom industry
Experience working with Telecom infrastructure on mobile side
Strong knowledge of Excel
German and English language
