Wir sind eine Unternehmensberatung aus dem Rhein – Main Gebiet und agieren deutschlandweit vorwiegend im Bereich Bank/ Finanz und IT. Aktuell suchen für folgendes Projekt Unterstützung durch einen freiberuflichen ConsultantAuditor Investment Banking (m/w)
Position:
-Key part of the overall operational audit capability for Global Audit
-Play an important part in the technology related aspects of the mandated 2014 GIA Plan and as such, will be an important resource for GIA in the audits of technology platforms and applications across the firm.
-Participate and execute risk assessments.
-Qualifications:

-Fixed Income & Currencies
-Mergers and Acquisitions
-Risk and Capital
-Equity Capital Markets
-Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions
-Structured Finance
Candidates must have:
-Experience working within the audit function of a large complex financial institution.
-Sound technical knowledge across Equity, Fixed Income, Operations, Treasury, Finance, Risk and Asset Management applications, and projects.
-Working knowledge of risk and controls principles (this can be trained if you do not have current experience with this).
-A good understanding of controls, impact, relation to risk, and balance between effectiveness and efficiency.
