I am currently looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant's for a 6 month contract with a key client here in Germany.
The Consultants will work as part of a rollout team and primary responsibilities will be
- Fit gap analysis: Presentations, workshops, explain current SAP solution, understand new requirements
- Discuss the location-specific requirements with the central SAP Solution Architect team
- Coordinate the implementation on-site including migration and cut-over
- Prepare and deliver all training material
- Post go-live support
Consultant must be a senior functional consultant with strong business process knowledge specifically around:
- Inbound call center (support)
- Outbound call center (marketing)
- Outbound email campaigns (marketing)
