ITIL Specialist (m/f)

We are searching for an ITIL Specialist (m/f) who will be responsible for defining and implementing of varios ITSM processes in a global IT organization. Following skills & qualifications are required: Over 2 years experience in design and implementation of ITSM processes, Certified ITIL Service Managerexperienced in workflow design and standard ITSM tools, conflict management, negotiation, communications & presentation skills. Furthermore, decisiveness, analytical skills, ability to work in international teams, fully fluent in English, German is a plus. Project duration: ASAP - long term.
