Beschreibung
Aufgabe:Accountable for managing all software commercialization activities (resources, time, budget,
quality) and to deliver on the defined objectives
• Report to the Head of Digital Workforce, Assets & B2B the overall status and direction of the
software commercialization projects
• Track and manage the status of work efforts, lead project governance activities, coordinate
activities and any dependencies within the defined scope, handle escalations and resolve any
roadblockf
• Drive projects within defined scope of software commercialization and enable RU / business
units to implement them: Ensure successful go-to-market for software-based products along the
customer journey of B2B customers
• Optimizes sales, pricing, delivery and support for software-based products
• Acts as interface between B2B Solutions business and digital delivery teams
• Further develops digital capabilities of RU Account Managers and ECT experts
Anforderung:
• Minimum of 6 years work experience in sales management/ sales of software-based solutions
B2B in an international environment
• Master’s degree in a marketing, technical or business field
• Experience in the field of Digital go-to-market, sales (funnel / Lead management) and servicing,
in utilities or similar industry (Telcos, Banking)
• Experience in the delivery and support of software-based solutions and software
commercialization in B2B
• Experience of consulting at recognized firms would be beneficial
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Superior understanding of programmatic and digital delivery technologies for B2B
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
• Experience with customer service and account management
• Proven skills in managing partners, and senior stakeholder management
• Experience in agile project management
• Excellent English written and spoken; other languages are a plus (e.g. German, Russian, Italian)
