Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a PMO on a part time basis for our client in Germany.

Description:
My client's program develops and implements the new Trade Promotion Management process and application template. The new application is based on SAP trade management using the modules TPM on HANA and Customer Business Planning (CBP).
Support is required in the following areas:
- project management
- keeping and follow up to do lists
- organise, moderate and document meetings
- escalation management with providers
- Administrative change management following my client's ITIL based IT change management process
- support the Program Manager in various administrative topics, eg budget control and invoice approval
