Your tasks:
- Identify and provide optimisation opportunities along each stage of the consumer/customer lifecycle including ecommerce and consumer journey based on data mining, social media listening analytics and predictive analytics
- Execute data mining requests via business intelligence tools (Tableau & Google analytics…) that deliver consumer insights and improvement areas in order to optimise the customer journey
- Turn big data into smart data and determine the customer value via digital marketing campaigns
- Evaluate the effectiveness of direct marketing communications utilising technical skills and tools to
- Derive insights for improved campaign and prospect/consumer data
- Define, analyse, interpret and process data gathered from internal and external sources and Touchpoints
- Manage the systematic collection, processing and storage of data
- Conceptualise and visualise dashboards that are simple, visually appealing, yet showcase a powerful story
- Interact with internal and external clients to understand their requirements and data
- Develop new reports and run existing reports with focus on KPI metrics, social analysis and user experience of digital engagement and sales campaigns
- Incorporate current database and reporting software and techniques; ensure our methods and tools stay current
Your qualifications
- Solid related work experience in advanced analytics and performance enhancement as well as Data visualisation of dashboards and reportings
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and understand how best to visualise within Tableau, Google Analytics, Google 360 and Sprinklr (social media listening Dashboards), etc.
- Independent, precise and result-driven working style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible under pressure
- Fluency in German and English
