Aufgaben:
The work includes support for
- All planning and validation of the build
- The coordination, the driving and tracking / reporting of the different build execution steps
- The successful handover to customer in time, expected
costs and in quality.
- Project Management office tasks (e.g. reporting, problem management, support for capacity inventory management)
The role will work closely together with experienced build managers and experts from other Infrastructure teams:
- Close collaboration with other Infrastructure teams
- Work along the rules defined and the tools given by Infrastructure build governance
Tasks include:
- Collecting customer requirements for the specific server & network requests, evaluation and maintaining these demands in different Reports
- Sending out enquiries to vendors,
- Examination and evaluation of incoming offers,
- Starting internal ordering process and keeping the customer informed about delivery status.
- Review and update of current process-documentations
Must have:
- very good English skills
- Strong team-player
- Good communication skills
- Good MS Office Skills (mainly Outlook, Excel, PPT)
- Quality-focused work
- MS Project and Basic knowledge of Data Center
infrastructure not required, but would be an asset
