I am currently looking for a Tester Analyst (Integration Big Data) for a long term contract based in Mannheim, Germany
The Tester Analyst (Integration Big Data) will be Responsibilities for the following:
- Design independent web cases for each newly developed web application.
- Provide feedback to developers about automated testing strategies, design fixes, and patches.
- Perform system load tests for new products.
- Record and document test results and compare to expected results.
- Maintain application defects and fixes for tracking purpose through traceability Matrix.
- Verification and execution of source code in various environments.
- Work with other quality technicians to document the quality processes for replication in other locations.
- Manage testing projects during each phase, according to the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Make improvements to functionality, design, and usability of new application.
The Tester Analyst (Integration Big Data) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
- Software Tester.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, big data testing, cross platform testing, component testing, security testing, performance testing, UI and web services testing.
- Hands-on experience in testing tools like TFS or HP ALM or JIRA/selenium tool
- Knowledge of SQL and Scripting
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant fields.
