Our client in high tech engineering sector is looking to hire consultants with Automation project experience especially with knowledge on cloud platform.

Skill Set:
At least 5-7 years of experience with Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science/Electrical or Computer Engineering, or any equivalentdegree with technical abilities demonstrated in similar areas.
Good experience with new technologies to enhance and assist the IOT platform development for customer in their industrialcontrolsautomation domain.
Strong knowledge on JAVA development, RestFulAPI's, cloud platform, Kafka messaging stream
Work with other software developers to integrate with other IOT service modules, data analytics modules.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Good communication skills
Mandatory Skills
At least 5-7 years of experience with Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science/Electrical or Computer Engineering, or anyequivalentdegree with technical abilities demonstrated in similar areas.
Good Industrial Automation Domain knowledge, Technical expertise in Industrial Automation systems.
Design, implement and consume RESTful API's - strong focus on REST API design, security, and identity management
Experience with Kafka messaging systems.
Should have working experience on any of the cloud platforms
Design and development of Java based desktop and mobile based application.
Integration of application layer with the devices at the filed level for which the knowledge on device protocols (Modbus,Profibus )communication standards would be required.
Integration of application with Edge devices. Ability to understand the customer products, platforms, software development procedures.
Good to Have Skills
Knowledge on Robotics would be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge on device protocols like ISA S88, ISA S95, B2MML, OPC, MODBUS etc
Technical knowledge on Phyton, R , PostGre SQL would be added advantage for interaction with other software developers ondifferentmodules for integration.
Good understanding of networking and core Internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks).
