My client is a large organisation based in South Germany looking for an ITSM Process Architect to aid with the design and implementation of ITSM systems.
You will be working with ITSM Process Architect, Process Owners and Technical teams to aid with the definition, architecture and implementation of solutions around the Configuration Management Database, Asset Management and Release Management in a Cloud based ITSM Toolset, with discovery interfaces and service mapping capabilities. This role will also be involved in providing overall architectural oversight across the program.
Key Responsibilities include:
Act as the authority on service management processes across enterprise and ensure best agile processes are implemented across the board
Architect, prototype and implement interfaces to various COTS license management tools and service management system.
Identify, document and implement target architecture for process design and improvements.
Identify processes and procedures that can be improved (LEAN) and introduce new design based on Agile principles and methodology.
Define and assist in the definition of KPI and CSF metrics for process areas.
Act as part of a de-centralized Service Management team, upholding the ITSM process quality while partnering with the delivery teams across various projects.
Skills desired:
ITIL, LEAN or Six Sigma Advanced Certification
German Language
Knowledge of working regulated or Pharmaceutical environments
Agile Development experience
Next-gen Microservice based processes for IT
Cloud related technologies and processes.
Data Governance and Data Quality best practices.
Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including PCI DSS, SOC-1&2, ISO/IEC :2011, HIPAA, GxP and FDA
