TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden suchen wir für die Standorte München, Ingolstadt, Ulm oder Friedrichshafen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt (Start je nach Verfügbarkeit auch noch in März oder April möglich) Unterstützung im Bereich Backup & Storage (m/w). Der Einsatzort ist frei wählbar.
Aufgaben:
* Operate, integrate and support of Backup environments (based on Windows and UNIX) within different customers including troubleshooting.
* Operate, integrate and support of SAN environments (Windows and UNIX) within different customers including troubleshooting.
* Working as part in an Operations Team with complex business issues and diverse complexity and scope.
* Working independently within defined framework. (User, Resource and Application Management)
* Co-operation with Windows-System administrators, SAN & network Administrators
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* Good Backup Product Skills (Tivoli Storage Manager -> Prio1, NetBackup -> Prio2, HP Dataprotector -> Prio3)
* Good knowledge in Backup Hardware technology
* Knowledge in UNIX (Windows OS; LINUX; HPUX 10,11; AIX)
* Understanding and working experience within the technology of UNIX-Systems
* Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2000 and 2003
* Networking and Firewalling understanding
* Documentation and Reporting Skills
* ITIL Framework
* Professional Customer Service/Relationship
* Experience in complex environments
* Analytical problem-solving skills
* Team player: ability and willingness to motivate and support other engineers
* Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models
* Fluent German and good English language skills
