My client requires an Engineer/Team leader to design and develop application code, implement technical solutions and configure applications in different environments in response to business problems. To meet the requirements of the business, the Engineer/team leader will actively participate in the design and architecture of the application or its components, investigate and proposes appropriate technologies to be used, promotes re-usability of existing components and contributes to the creation of frameworks. Assists more junior members of the team and controls their work where applicable.
Broad and profound understanding of current tier 2 or 3 architectures (Frontend, Middleware, Backend) as well as the fundamental principles of software interfaces
Experience handling the test procedure model based on QMS
Knowledge about the core tools/processes like QMS, HP Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, Service Now
German and English fluent (spoken and written)
Desirable are one or more of the following subject areas:
Expertise in Datawarehouse Management
Expertise in the field of banking regulation (eg KYC, CRS/FATCA, PAD, PSD, finance market statistics)
Expertise in regulatory ad-hoc reporting
KnowHow in the classic lending business of a retail bank and its risk assessment
Expertise of the business processes in the treasury of a retail bank
Good knowledge of one or more of the following technical platforms and technologies is desirable:
Mainframe
Unix
Cobol, CICS, DB2
Java
Oracle 12, eGrid
SAS
