HR T&A consultant (Kronos certified)
Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a HR T&A consultant (Kronos certified) for our client in Europe.
Start:
Duration: 10 Months
Capacity: 100%
Location: Europe, Germany preferred
Rate: EUR per day all in
Skills:
- Kronos certified IT person
- Able to translate URS in technical specs to be provided to build team
- Able to demonstrate Kronos solution options based on provided requirements
- Knowledge of German specific T&A and legal requirements is an asset
- Ability to work in an Agile way in a scrum team
- German speaking is preferred
Activities:
- Review requirements and support translating in viable Kronos Solutions design
- Instruct build team on development/configuration activities based on technical specifications
- Follow up on build and communicate any approved changes to development Team
- Support German users during User Acceptance Testing
- Work closely with change and communications manager to create user manuals, training guides, works council documentation etc..
- Attend train-the-trainer sessions as Kronos expert, to explain Kronos specifics
Location:
- Europe - preference is Germany, but is not a must.
- Ad-hoc travel required
Ability to:
