KPI Process Consultant (m/f)

Our client is currently looking for a KPI Process Consultant (m/f) for a project in Hannover.

• Take over the responsibility for PKI tasks which are operational related, i.e. steering in cases of incidents and problems
• Establish a monitoring at to prevent problem indication by business support upcoming Virtual Smart Card project in testing and documentation

• Good communication skills
• To acquire business requirements in interview-style workshops
• To translate business requirements to technical implementers
• Communicate changes to the business
• Experience with larger companies
• PKI experience for user, SSL and team certificates
• Experience with self-service solutions (portal based)
• Process oriented thinking
• Experienced in steering of suppliers and sub-suppliers
