Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a Support and Maintenance consultant for our client in Germany.

Tasks Description (focus: Oracle & Web)
- Operational incident and problem management for the local infrastructure and applications
- Support and maintenance of various Oracle applications, eg VSVault, Visit, IUCLID
- Ticket processing in the tools Remedy IMPT
- Provide technical expertise for the ABI 2.0 and IUCLD projects
- Clarification and control of queries (English/German)
