For one of my clients, I'm currently looking for a Transformation Manager (m/f).Start: 28.02.2017
Duration: 5 months
Location: The most time near Frankfurt/Main and for some days in the location in USA
Roles and Responsibilities
- Weekly meeting with local, global project teams for status updates
- Key stakeholder management and communications
- Ensure workshadowing and training of the dedicated resources
- Coordination of payment methods changes and feed implementation, presentation of credit card process
- Local Workcouncil presentation
- Onboard local project team on tasks/roles/responsibilities
- Organize process workshop
- Review of all training materials and communication packages
- Secure sign off of business audit matrix, SLAs, and appendices
- Provision of standard communication templates
Required skills
- University degree in a business related field; Master's Degree (Diplom) strongly preferred
- 5+ yrs. of complex/international Transformation/project management experience
- Excellent expertise in complex and international migration and project management
- Strong Finance process knowledge or willingness to obtain it in case of different functional background
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- fluency in English
- Flexibility and willingness for regular business trips
