Technical Product Manager Driver Assistance (m/w)

Beschreibung

Aufgaben:

We are looking for an technical product Manager ADAS (m/w) for an interesting project in the automotive industry.

Your tasks:
+ Preparing and monitoring the R&D budget in the respective project
+ Drawing up the project plan in cooperation with the R&D specialist
departments
+ Daily follow-up of the project plan and, if necessary, introduction of
corrective measures
+ Functional management of the employees assigned to the project
(across full V-cycle)
+ Follow-up the individual R&D work packages with a strong SW focus
+ Shaping the project implementation & validation strategy and
priorities (e.g. maturity grade planning, SW build & test cycles)
+ Driving the ticket analysis and resolution processes (burn down)
+ Maintain close contact with the client's technical decision makers
+ Accountable for the deliverables of R&D due to ensure the success of
the project
+ Direct reporting to the commercial project manager who is in charge
of the customer project, including sales, purchasing, quality, and
industrialization.

Anforderungen:

+ University degree in electrical/SW engineering or equivalent education
+ 8+ years of professional experience in the field of automotive system development (electrical / SW), preferably in ADAS domain (Advanced Driver Assistent Systems, Fahrerassistenzsysteme)
+ 5+ years of project management / management experience
+ Team skills, social competence and a purposeful, structured way of
working
+ Self-initiative, high flexibility and communication / negotiation skills
