I am currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work for a Global telecoms provider in Germany.
Your tasks and areas of responsibility include:
- Planning and rollout of FTTX networks
- Participation in the selection of subcontractors
- Pro-active customer management and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Responsible for compliance with the contractual delivery obligations with regard to FTTX planning and rollout Follow-up and documentation of the respective implementation status Preparation of train path planning/fiber planning
- Coordination of internal and external resources required for the installation and integration of network elements
- Monitoring and control of construction progress regarding deadlines, costs and quality specifications as well as responsibility for internal material disposition
- Verification of the performance and consumption records of the participating subcontractors as well as preparation of the following payment flows
Responsibility for the timely preparation and delivery of the location documentation to the customer About Your profile:
- Creation of performance lists
- Evaluation of subcontractor offers
- Knowledge of the tool landscape of Deutsche Telekom for FTTX projects
- Extensive civil engineering experience, ideally knowledge as a construction manager/coordinator in the FTTX area
- Knowledge and experience in applying relevant ATV and VOB for civil engineering and earthworks
- Knowledge of GF-CU wiring
- Experience in dealing with authorities and appropriate approval processes
- Good communication skills in the interaction with the project team and the customer entrepreneurial thinking under business management aspects
- Fluent English and German language skills (mother tongue/fluent)
