Business Change Lead - Global SAP Roll Implementation - €90-€100 p/h - 13 Months Contract
Global Enterprise Partners are currently seeking a seasoned Business Change Lead to support a leading Global Retailer on a Global SAP Implementation based in Hamburg.
This is a long term contract opportunity for leading Business Change Expert to join a cutting edge project with an innovative Global Brand.
As Business Change Lead, you will be accountable for:
- Leading Change Management Teams Across Austria, Poland and Germany
- Driving Business Change Initiatives to meet Business Requirements, including changes to process, systems and organization design
- Creating, Owning and Implementing Change Management Plan
- Minimizing Employee Resistance and Maximizing Engagement
- Driving Rapid Change Adoption
- Coaching and Supporting Senior Leadership and Executives
You will have:
- Fluent/Native German & English Language Skills
- Deep Change Management Expertise
- Experience and knowledge of Change Management Practice and Principal
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
- Proven track record in large-scale organizational change initiatives
- Strong People and Stakeholder Management Skills
- SAP Project Experience
- Familiarity with Data Migration Activities
