Your tasks:
- Development of the R&D strategy
- Strategic Planning Process for R&D
- Management of Lean Six Sigma and LSS dashboard for portfolio of projects
- Training of Green Belt candidates
- Leading strategic initiatives
- Efficiency evaluations in R&D including gap analysis areas for improvement using Lean Six Sigma methods where possible
- Development of recommendations/options for the identified initiatives together with the functions
- Definition of strategy implementation plans which may or may not include vendor management
- Design of change management and communication plans as well as stakeholder engagement
Your qualifications
- Profound pharma industry experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory affairs desirable
- Six Sigma Green Belt certificate
- Fluent English skills
