DSP Architect,FO, Developer

Beschreibung

• Take functional ownership of a set of related software modules in the audio Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
• Analyze the software requirements allocated to such an area and map the analyzed requirements to a new or existing software architecture
• Evaluate and document the software architecture and present it to internal management, sales representatives and at customer meetings
• Manage the implementation of the software architecture with development teams spread across Germany, Eastern Europe, India and China
• Closely cooperate with the test team responsible for software integration and functional testing
• Support the front-office responsible for handling RFIs/RFQs by proposing software architectures for different products

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline

• Good knowledge of software architecture styles and design principles
• Good knowledge of OOA/OOD, UML, and object-oriented software languages using C/ C++
• Knowledge of communication bus architectures like CAN, Ethernet/AVB as well as communication protocols

• Minimum of 3 years experience in developing real-time embedded systems with focus on DSP audio to apply for functional owner, minimum of 5 years experience to apply for DSP architect
• In-depth knowledge of acoustics
• Experience in one or more of the following areas required: infotainment solutions, multiprocessor architecture, multimedia products
• Solid experience with well-established signal processors (e.g., TI, Analog Devices), different operating systems and frameworks
• Solid background in using modern software development tools like Enterprise Architect, DOORS, JIRA, and PROCOM

• Good written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
• Flexible in terms of tasks and responsibility
• Ability to build relations and work independently
• Self-motivated, passionate about audio and high sense of responsibility
