Our international client is looking for further support from a 1st or 2nd line supporter (m/f).PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT APPLICANTS WITH A VALID SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- 1st line supporter => Ü2
- 2nd line supporter => Ü3
1st line support:
- Windows 7 and Office Know How
- basic troubleshooting (Layer 1-3) in Windows environment (Windows 7) with centralized print services and CISCO access network switches,
- Microsoft MMConsole for user and client management,
- support user on how to setup Outlook and navigate through SharePoint ,
- ticketing systems (e.g. SDE)
Project Data
- Start: 20.04.2017
- End: 16.06.2017
- Location: near Nuremberg, fulltime onsite, partly on weekends
- Project language: English and German (both must-haves)
- Valid security clearance NATO secret / Ü2
2nd line support:
- Windows 2012R2 + 2008R2 Server know-how,
- Virtualisierung with VMWare
- user management (AD / GPO / security settings),
- maintaining GAL exchange and GC AD replication,
- Exchange 2013 (user management, troubleshooting, GAL exchange),
- SQL (maintenance, backup/restore, troubleshooting),
- Lync 2010,
- McAfee ePO,
- BackupExec,
- basic network knowledge (CISCO, Palo Alto, Checkpoint),
- PowerShell basic knowhow,
- THALES 621 B(C/N) Crypto Devices,
- ticketing systems (e.g. SDE)
