Onsite Transport Associate Consultant - 3x Positions Available Location: • 1x Teltow (maybe Hannover) • 1x Cologne • 1x Nuremberg Duration: • 12+ Months Job description Note: This role requires fluent German speakers. Main Responsibilities: • Define the regional network planning and parameterization priorities based on technical dependencies, implementation constrains and customers goals. • Negotiate and define with the regional customer team the list of projects to be managed by the planning and parameterization team. • Cultivate a productive and symbiotic work relationship with the customer's regional planning team. • Lead the regional tasks in order to identify technical improvements such as, but not limited to automation, data consistency & process optimization. • Provide guidance to the planning and parameterization team in technical matters related to transport technologies, dependencies and it's constrains. • Work closely with Onsite Technical Program Lead to identify improvement opportunities in the regional planning, parameterization and implementation cycle. • Implement communicational and process improvements based on the team's findings. Required qualifications: • Solid knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G technologies and types of connectivity • Solid knowledge of transport technologies such as Microwaves, xWDM, SDH, PDH and IP/MPLS. • Hands on experience in the roll out, implementation, migration or optimization of RAN and Backhaul networks (2G, 3G & 4G) • Understanding of the dependencies and constrains of the implementation, migration & optimization task of a live mobile network. • Experience with planning and documentation tools such as X:ACTA, UTS, NET site and ATP is a plus. • Good communication skills, proactive and a team player. • German & English language skills in speaking and writing. • Experience: Over 10 Years NB: Fluent German is needed for this role.
