Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Engineer to join a busy team and assist with day to day operations, support project implementations and cover the vacation period. You will be joining the team that supports our Global Call Manager estate with clusters in America, Asia and Europe, covering 3000+ users.
The ideal candidate will have expert level knowledge of the Cisco Call Manager Platform and have appropriate valid certification to support. Experience of working with globally distributed Call Managers preferred.
Experience of SIP implementations is also required, you should be confident and comfortable working with telco;s to migrate from PSTN. Experience of LyncSkype and Cloud Based UC platforms would be beneficial.
You must have had previous experience of working in a mission critical, minimum downtime, 24/7 environment. You and your team will be responsible for the delivery of Voice Video Collaboration services to the business.
You should be familiar with the ITIL standard and used to working in an IT environment which follows it.
Candidates MUST hold at minimum a CCVP and have 3-5yrs experience.
Experience of Avaya CM Polycom ARC Console beneficial
Experience of Cisco UCCX desirable
Experience of working in Global 24x7 environments
Experience in Design, Implementation of VoIP Projects.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to travel within Europe and hold the appropriate passport visa to do so.
