SAP Payroll Consultant - HCM/Payroll Production - Germany - Contract
My client is a leading IT & Digital Consultancy, who are in the market for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant, who is familiar with the German Tax and Legal governance system, to join one of their clients on a Contract basis, at their offices in Walldorf.
Criteria for the roll is as follows:
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in German SAP Payroll process understanding, in line with German Tax and Legal regulations.
- Must be fluent in both German and English - written and oral - essential
- Ideally you will have worked in multi-country payroll support engagement with a minimum of 2 assignments.
- Excellent communication skills, accountable to the end-client and confident to explain the SAP HCM payroll process.
- It would be advantageous to have SAP payroll experience for other countries including France, Italy and Russia, Switzerland for example - not essential.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- SAP HCM Payroll expert responsible for supporting all production issues and enhancements.
- Handling all issues and change requests raised via internal ticketing tool.
- Ensure the solutions are provided within agreed SLA
- Should be able to take additional countries as secondary support consultant.
- Analyze the SAP standard OSS notes being released as part of HRSP upgrades.
- Work with offshore team for knowledge transition and other related activities.
- Able to analyze issues end to end payroll processes covering all sub modules in SAP HCM
