TätigkeitenbeschreibungFor one of our clients in the insurance sector we are looking for a Project Manager Insurance International (m/f).
Tasks:
Steering complex international strategic or IT projects of our customer and responsibility for managing relevant processes including modification of existing processes according to the project needs
Leading project meetings and organizing steering committee with internal and external project partners and tracking the assigned tasks in reference to the due dates
Managing projects risks and chances concerning schedule, component performance, quality and budget
Requirements:
Master or PhD degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics or related majors
Professional experience of minimum 5 years and verifiable experience in leading large demanding IT
projects in an international environment
Project management certificate (PMI, PRINCE or IPMA)
Analytic working method, also during work under pressure and ability to prepare working results like reports and presentations in clear and precise way
Distinct communication and presentation skills paired with the capability to integrate and motivate project members and a strong sales approach
Very good skills in industrial insurance and/or in reinsurance business; project management experience in the area of portfolio management, claims management or underwriting management related projects; strong ability to communicate and high affinity to IT
Willingness to travel frequently (national and international), enjoy solving complex tasks with a team and being business fluent in English and German
