Your tasks:
- Incident resolutions and implementation of new tools
- Implementation, maintenance and support of infrastructure
- Support of audits, PCI, scan and penetration test results
- Help pro-actively drive significant reductions in the number of incidents and the time to restore
- Support existing systems and be responsible for technical aspects of a project
- Perform additional job duties as required
- Identify opportunities to make process efficiencies in production support and improve global standard operating procedures
- Support application team with resolving of incidents, problems and issues
Your qualifications
- Experience with Stratus preferred
- Know-how regarding HP NonStop servers
- Experience with MicroVAX systems
- Practical experience with HP UNIX systems or Unisys
