Beschreibung: Tätigkeit:Projektbeschreibung: ONE!GSC Horizon is a comprehensive business transformation program facilitating the implementation of a globally aligned and harmonized Supply Chain including Purchasing.
For the first time for our client, there will be end-to-end, standardized supply chain process. Being part of our client´s Strategy, this program is a key initiative for the scalable business model.
The ONE!GSC Horizon organization with lean and simplified operations aims to enhance our client’s competitiveness by leveraging on their combined potential, boosting process efficiency.
ONE!GSC Horizon will be implemented in clearly determined, overlapping phases clustering a defined number of countries.
Each implementation phase lasting over a period of 12-18 months.
40 hours/week, onsite ( home office 1-2 days/week is possible), might have to travel to USA in certain project phases
Anforderungen: The external consultant advises in the area of Manufacturing / Warehousing / Quality Management of the Laundry Homecare business ONE!GSC Horizon project phase 5 and the SUN process and system integration.
You provide process as well as technical SAP expertise and offer consulting within project phase 5
- Consults Laundry business work streams on Master Data validation and Master Data mapping for Manufacturing relevant Master Data Objects
- Consults Laundry on how they can implement and apply the technical provided processes to cover specific business and country requirements by supporting the AD phase to define possible gaps during SAP implementation, including the Transfer of the result and aligning with project team the next steps
- SAP Authorization preparation for Local and global Needs
- Consult in Key User Trainings:
- User Acceptance Test
- Cutover and Go-Live
- Hyper Care
Must have skills: – SAP SD, related EDI (ALEAUD/ORDERS/ORDCHG/DESADV)
- SAP MM related EDI (e.g. ORDERS/ORDCHG/DESADV)
- SAP CO incl. COPA
- SAP FI (AR/AP/GA), related EDI (INVOIC)
- Sales Order creation and change, order blocks Preferred:
- PRQs/Purchase Order creation, change
- Price determination (MM/SD)
- Invoice (SD/Invoice receipt/Invoice verification PO related)
Intercompany processes
– Foreign trade basics
– Masterdata (Material/Customer/Vendor/PIRs/SD-cond.)
