Must have knowledge in planning and direct implementation of specific tools (UCMDB, DDMi/UD) Regular interaction with project engagement on the prioritization of the workSolution documentation skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsDemonstrated technical documentation skills - technical documentation, solution design, release notes, user guides, test plans, test results summary document etc.Strong knowledge of IT operations management processes and automation technologies

Erforderlich:
Must have strong domain knowledge in DDMi Migration and UCMDB & UD Must have knowledge in planning and direct implementation of specific tools (UCMDB, DDMi/UD) Hands on experience in migrating DDMi Discovery to UD DiscoveryExperience in installation and configuration on UCMDB/UD/UCMDB Browser Experience in Protocols - WMI, SSH, NTCMD, SNMP and others etcDevelop UCMDB application views and perspectives to support report creation and data presentationAdditional experience in Java Script Knowledge SQL DatabaseApplication Modeling experience and Enrichment rule creation experienceReport generation exposure.Impact Analysis creation exposure.Integration exposure in HP Tools and other 3rd party toolsTroubleshooting skills on UCMDB Server and Probe issuesHP UCMDB Certification is preferred.Basic Networking concepts, DB Concepts and Server OS concepts
