For one of our clients we are looking for a Lotus Notes Consultant - Application MigrationTarget of Tasks:
Our client is starting a big Lotus Notes Migration project. The initial application scan has already been performed. Additional consultant is sought to support the analysis of results and to set up the migration project.
Main tasks:
• Application clustering: based on the scan results and reports and suggested first clustering, the applications need to be sorted, clustered and prioritized. Depending on the suggested migration platforms for the applications, the first candidates for migration needs to be set up.
• Consult & support business units in finding the best solution/platforms for migration candidates.
• Create and agree on project plan(s) for the application migration.
• Steer project execution for one or more application migration projects.
