Our client is searching for an Infrastructure Support Engineer for a 6 month+ project in Berlin.
Your role:
- Working with the datacenter teams and providing support
- Debugging and troubleshooting infrastructure and hardware problems
- Develop and maintain process automation
- Building and running highly available infrastructure across multiple datacenters
Your skills:
- 2 years experience with Linux
- Vmware ESX - running a VMWare ESX clusters in a multi-datacenter, multi-node configuration.
- Experience with Software Defined Networking and large and complex Distributed Virtual Switch configurations.
- Ideally experience with HP Blade
- Storage experience
- You should also have experience co-ordinating data-center activities through 3rd party teams
- Python or Perl experience
- Configuration management experience
- Fluent English
