Your tasks:
- Lead complex R&D projects through the phases of planning, implementation, production transfer and support, involving cross-functional team members
- Create and maintain detailed project plan and schedule, capturing project tasks and deliverables across multiple project phases
- Periodically and effectively track against plan and readjust as necessary
- Responsible for creating and owning the design history file
- Obtain training for self and team members on established quality management system/design control process and operate to those processes
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in Engineering, Science or management field
- PMP certification (strongly desired)
- Medical device experience
- Project management experience
- R&D experience
- Experience in working with the FDA regulations
