Our client is searching for an Infrastructure Engineer for a 6 month+ project in Berlin.
The role:
- Building and running a highly available infrastructure spread across multiple datacenters
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Working with the datacenter support teams
- Develop and maintain process automation
Your skills:
- Experience running Vmware ESX 5+ clusters in a multi-datacenter, multi-node configuration
- Experienced with software defined networking
- Background with Linux
- Ideally some experirence with HP Blade systems/HPE server systems
- SAN storage experience would be a plus
- Experience co-ordinating data-center activities thourgh third party teams
- Strong command over python or Perl
- Experience coding against Vmware APIS
- Fluent English
