Für unseren Kunden in NRW sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach Unterstützung im Bereich "Solution Owner - Terminal Services".JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Terminal Services Solution Owner is responsible for design, built and operational readiness of the service “Terminal Service”
- Responsibility for quality and cost management as well as change and release management
- First contact for all service related questions
- Pushing process and service improvements with strong economical focus
- Responsibility for delivered quality in regards to the assigned service elements
- Analysis of errors and their corrections as well as root cause analysis in regards to the service under consideration of ITIL processes
- Provides 3rd level support of several internal company Citrix environments as well as Citrix farms at our customers
- Handle Change management tickets in accordance with SLAs
- Participates in 3rd level projects aimed on improvements of existing terminal services environments and design, development and build of new ones
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good knowledge and experience with Citrix XenDesktop 7.x and/or XenApp 6.x
- Very good knowledge and experience with MS Terminal Services
- Good administration knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
- General knowledge of Active Directory, Group policies, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Scripting languages (PowerShell, VBS) is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM or similar software distribution systems is an advantage
- Experience with VMware and Citrix virtualization technologies (vSphere, Citrix Provisioning Services) is a plus
- Ability to work in multinational virtual teams spread around the world
- Experience in working in an ITIL orientated company is a plus
- Willingness to travel on short business trips abroad
- Bachelor's degree in ICT or corresponding experience in respective field.
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- German language skills are a plus
- Certifications related to the requested skills are welcome ?
